Hi everyone, and once again welcome to the DA website.
There is a statement on the ‘Home Page‘ of this website that basically tells you how things are between Robin Brancher and Keith Sharp and as to the originality of this website, so for those of you still in confusion, or for those of you who are even remotely interested in DA (The Heavy Metal Band), or Desolation Angels (The Fossilised Oddity), here is a short explanation: Due to an impasse beyond repair, Robin is no longer a member of Desolation Angels (It was never his decision to leave the band). DA is his new platform in which to showcase his music. The main goal of DA is to produce a collection of eight to nine songs to be made accessible to those audiences old and new and to complete this project ASAP. Admittedly this will take some time, but then again there is no rush or urgency. However, regular rehearsals are taking place, and the new songs and ideas are coming together at a reasonably swift pace. There will be regular updates as to the progress of the coming together of DA as a band and its recording project, posted here on this DA website and also here at www.facebook.com/DAMetalUK – Please also note that gigging news will be posted at the above links as well.
